So normally I am not one to post on rumors, but I just couldn’t pass up on this one! The newest rumor sweeping through the Geek community is that Nathan Fillion will don the mantle of Captain of the USS Enterprise for the new Star Trek series on CBS All Access that will debut in the fall. Again remember this is rumor only, but lets take a look at some of the reasons this might be true, because for a few minutes lets sit back and bask in the glory that would be if Nathan Fillion were to be sitting here! How are we today? Good? Hopefully so. I bring you interesting news from the Power Ranger fandom, it looks like we are getting a reunion of sorts… I need to really emphasize the “of sorts” parts here, because at a best we have a SyFy special and at worst we have a pipe-dream. “The Order” appears to be the brain child of Karan Ashley (MMPR Yellow Ranger) and David Fielding (Zordon). For those of you not in the know, the cast members of the Power Ranger series ( 20+ seasons worth) are quite popular on the convention circuit and there has been an out cry for a reunion series with the actors from across the seasons. Most recently when the climax of “Super Megaforce” turned out to be such a letdown.

#5 Do or do not, there is no try.
#4 It is never too late to find redemption.
#3 Don’t judge people based on appearance, someone you dismiss at first might end up being a Jedi Master.
#2 Be careful who you kiss, she may end up being your sister.
#1 The force will be with you, always.

I have loved Superheroes all my life, and spent countless hours reading their comics, watching their cartoons, and now I gladly watch them on the big screen. To say they are a big part of my life is an understatement, but just how big a part have they played in making me the person I am today? Well lets find out as we look at the Top 20 important life lessons that Superheroes have taught me… Continue reading →
“I’m here to talk to you about the Avenger’s initiative.” With these ten words the Comic book movie was forever changed. No longer were Superheroes alone in their world, they were part of something bigger, they were part of a shared universe. Marvel released a total of five successful movies that slowly built towards their crown jewel, The Avengers. Warner Bros. looked at the success of the Avengers and wanted to form their own universe, a universe that would hold all of the D.C. superheroes, they hired Zack Snyder to help launch this universe, but Zach Snyder has failed.
